I specialize in making enterprise software speak like a human. For the past 9 years I have worked at the intersection of content design, design systems, and UX strategy, building the standards and processes that help product teams write better and more consistently at scale.
At Oracle, I lead the Redwood UI Text Working Group, governing writing standards for one of the largest enterprise design systems in the world. My work spans component specification, content governance, original research, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Software Engineering to deepen my technical fluency and accelerate a path toward content design leadership. Before content design, I served as a Sergeant in the US Army, including a combat deployment in Afghanistan, where I learned that precision communication under pressure is never optional.
